At Cambridge Art Salon we are committed to keeping your personal information safe whilst also keep you up to date with things like our upcoming events, projects to get involved with, and introductions to some artists and what they up to.

In this Privacy Policy we tell you how we look after your data and how we use it.

Mailing lists

For most people we use MailChimp to manage our emails and deliver our newsletters.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer at info@cambridgeartsalon.org.uk.

For CAS associates, resident artists, trustees and team members, we store these details in the Thunderbird mailing account.

Both lists are only accessible to a tiny number of people who administer them.

Sharing your data

We don’t share our mailing lists with anyone, and we conceal individual email addresses when mailing to you.

Unsubscribing and accessing your personal information

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in any email from us.

Review and changes

The Trustees of the Cambridge Art Salon have prepared this policy and will review it annually.

What we don’t do

We don’ t use cookies on our website, Google Analytics to analyse who visits our website, offer any guest wi-fi at our premises, or profile you for fundraising.
